This role involves conducting due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and providing regulatory guidance for public company M&A transactions. The position offers the opportunity to work on complex deals and develop a broad skill set.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, Texas, or California
• 3–6 years of relevant M&A and transactional experience
• Strong background in public company M&A transactions and securities law
• Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Associate at an Am Law 100–200 firm
