Finance Director

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. We are seeking a Finance Director to oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, capital management, and risk management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO in the banking sector or a large financial services institution.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, financial markets, and best practices in financial management.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Fluent in English, excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership, the board of directors, and external stakeholders.
