Operations Manager

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. The Operations Manager will optimize terminal operations, lead a team, ensure quality and safety compliance, and handle emergency responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Petroleum)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a liquid bulk terminal or related field
• Strong knowledge of terminal operations and international standards (ISO, OSHAS, API, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willingness to be stationed on site
