Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service founded in 2021. We are seeking an Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the data center facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on MEP systems, preferably in a data center or mission-critical environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing.
- Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and monitoring tools for MEP systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to MEP systems, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
