Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing, mobile-first digital organization that helps companies scale through data-driven and AI-powered marketing solutions. They are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their growing team.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and additional channels
- Work closely with hiring managers, managing roles remotely and across multiple time zones
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide relevant market insights
- Take an active part in the onboarding process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Support and promote employer branding initiatives
