Job Description
TalentWorx is seeking a Lead Java Developer to join their Foreseer team. The team focuses on digital transformation solutions at EDO, leveraging AI/ML to empower businesses with insights. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the platform, ensuring technical excellence, and driving architectural decisions.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
- 9-13 years of hands-on experience with Java, J2EE and related frameworks and technologies
- 3+ years of experience with designing, architecting and building microservices in serverless environments
- 3+ years of experience in Active MQ, Kafka, or other JMS providers
- 1+ years of experience in leading global teams in an agile environment
- Proficient with Data structures and Algorithms
- Experience with Performance tuning, Thread dump analysis, and code refactoring
- Experience with different data base technologies (RDBMS, NOSQL)
- Experience in Containerization, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and deployments
- Proficiency in the development environment
