TalentWorx is seeking a Lead Java Developer to join their Foreseer team, a global provider of financial intelligence, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining digital transformation solutions, driving architectural choices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. This position requires a technical leader with a passion for Agile and automation.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 9-13 years of hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, and related frameworks
- 3+ years of experience designing, architecting, and building microservices in a serverless environment
- 3+ years of experience with ActiveMQ, Kafka, or related JMS providers
- 1+ years of experience leading global teams in an agile environment
- Proficiency with Data structures and Algorithms
- Experience with Performance tuning, Thread dump analysis and code refactoring
- Experience in different data base technologies (RDBMS, NOSQL)
- Experience in Containerization, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and deployments through CI/CD pipelines, and AWS services
