Mainframe Developer

The role involves designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining COBOL programs within a CICS/VSAM/JCL environment. Developers should understand requirements, build applications, and ensure quality, participate in crises, and perform performance improvements. This position requires expertise in both Vision PLUS and the CMS subsystem, along with experience in managing Mainframe technology.

Requirements

• 5-10 years’ experience in development and maintenance of medium to complex banking applications such as credit card processing
• Strong knowledge of VisionPLUSproduct
• Strong hands-on working knowledge in CMS module
• Strong knowledge of CICS
• Exposure to VMx / WNGSFM is appreciated
• Should have strong knowledge of online architecture and troubleshooting experience in online area
• Well versed with Mainframe technologies such as Endevor and Changeman
• Experience in design and development of medium complex problems
• Good knowledge and experience of DevOps & Agile discipline
