Job Description
This role involves designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting COBOL programs using CICS/VSAM/JCL. The developer will create application features and functions, understand requirements, develop estimates, and support production deployment. They need to leverage CICS/VSAM/JCL, VisionPlus, and a strong understanding of Mainframe technology.
Requirements
- 5-10 years’ experience in development and maintenance of medium to complex banking applications such as credit card processing
- Strong knowledge of VisionPLUSproduct
- Strong hands-on working knowledge in CMS module
- Strong knowledge of CICS
- Exposure to VMx / WNGSFM is appreciated
- Should have strong knowledge of online architecture and troubleshooting experience in online area
- Well versed with Mainframe technologies such as Endevor and Changeman
- Experience in design and development of medium complex problems
- Good knowledge and experience of DevOps & Agile discipline
