Performance Tester

Talent Worx is seeking a Performance Tester to assess and enhance the performance of their software solutions. The role involves analyzing system stability, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements, all while working closely with development and QA teams. They are looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in performance testing tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing, including load, stress, and scalability testing.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages like Java or Python.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
