Performance testing

Talent Worx is seeking a Performance Testing Engineer to ensure the performance and scalability of their applications. The role involves designing and executing performance testing strategies, analyzing results, and collaborating with development and business teams to optimize application performance. The team will also participate in capacity planning and monitoring applications in production.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in Performance Testing with a focus on load, stress, and scalability testing.
• Proficient in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of web applications, APIs, and underlying architectures.
• Ability to write and execute scripts in languages like Java, Python, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in capacity planning and performance tuning is a plus.
