Talent Worx is seeking a Performance Testing Engineer to ensure the performance and scalability of applications. The role involves designing and executing performance tests, analyzing results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize application infrastructure. The position requires a blend of technical skills and strong communication abilities.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in Performance Testing with a focus on load, stress, and scalability testing.
• Proficient in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of web applications, APIs, and underlying architectures.
• Ability to write and execute scripts in languages like Java, Python, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
