Talent Worx is seeking a Performance Testing Engineer to join their team. The role involves designing, executing, and maintaining performance testing plans to identify and solve performance issues, optimize application responses, and provide valuable insights to the development team. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of web applications and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in Performance Testing with a focus on load, stress, and scalability testing.
• Proficient in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of web applications, APIs, and underlying architectures.
• Ability to write and execute scripts in languages like Java, Python, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
