SDET, automation testing Lead

This SDET, automation testing Lead is responsible for developing and implementing test automation strategies, driving shift-left quality practices, and leading a team of Test Engineers. The role requires a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and automation frameworks. The team drives continuous improvement and ensures consistent test automation across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge of working with Agile at Scale, Lean and Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, Test-Driven Development and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience in selenium tools and Configuring Selenium Test Environment (Ex: Eclipse IDE, Java, Selenium-C# etc…). Involvement in Test Environment Setup
• Experience in Automation Framework Design and Implementation
• AI/GenAI based test automation tools exposure
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication both in English
• Technical Skills Required: Proficient in the following Test automation languages and frameworks; JavaScript, Webdriver IO, Playwright. Strong experience working with MSSQL, API test automation and a good understanding of source control systems such as Azure DevOps/TFS, Github or Bitbucket
