SDET, automation testing Lead

This SDET, automation testing Lead role involves driving a quality engineering ethos throughout the POD, implementing test automation strategies (CICD), and building automated test suites. The role requires strong collaboration skills and a focus on shift-left testing to deliver continuous value. The position includes team leadership, input to PI planning, and reporting on test coverage and defect trends.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge of working with Agile at Scale, Lean and Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, Test-Driven Development and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience in selenium tools and Configuring Selenium Test Environment (Ex: Eclipse IDE, Java, Selenium-C# etc…). Involvement in Test Environment Setup
• Experience in Automation Framework Design and Implementation
• AI/GenAI based test automation tools exposure
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication skills (English)
