SDET Engineer

Talent Worx is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Engineer to join their client, a leading precision medicine firm. The role involves designing and implementing testing frameworks, writing test scripts, and ensuring software quality for oncology diagnostics. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a passion for automation and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance as SDET or similar role
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or similar)
• Extensive experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit)
• Hands-on experience with APIs testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and processes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and development practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field or equivalent experience
