SDET Engineer

Talent Worx is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Engineer to join a precision medicine firm. The role focuses on ensuring software quality and performance by designing and implementing testing frameworks and automated tests. Collaboration with development teams is key to meeting needs of clinicians, patients, and researchers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance as SDET or similar role
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or similar)
• Extensive experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit)
• Hands-on experience with APIs testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and processes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and development practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field or equivalent experience
