Account Manager (Payments / iGaming)

We are looking for an Account Manager to independently manage Tier 1 merchants within the payments direction. This role combines onboarding, operational coordination, client management, and partnership development. The ideal candidate understands payment infrastructure and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders and complex cases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Payments / Fintech / PSP / iGaming
• Experience managing clients independently
• Deep understanding of payment infrastructure
• Experience handling high client load
• Experience with SLA and escalation processes
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with Jira / Redmine / Confluence
• Russian - native, English - B2+
