Job Description
The Vice President of Corporate Controller/Chief Accounting Officer leads all accounting, financial reporting, technical accounting, tax, treasury operations, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with SEC reporting requirements and U.S. GAAP. This role focuses on the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting, supporting business growth, investor confidence, and operational excellence, and working closely with the CFO and Audit Committee.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and internal controls
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and operational orientation
