Job Description
The Vice President of Corporate Controller/Chief Accounting Officer is responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting. This executive role leads all accounting, financial reporting, technical accounting, tax, treasury operations, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with SEC reporting requirements and U.S. GAAP. The role partners with the CFO, audit team, and Board to support business growth, investor confidence, and operational excellence.
Requirements
