Chief Revenue Officer, USA

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and align our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams across the US and LATAM.

Requirements

• Proven experience in revenue leadership, sales operations, or commercial growth roles in B2B SaaS
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and team management skills
• Experience driving growth in the US and LATAM markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and execute business objectives
• English and Ukrainian or Russian is a must
• Nice-to-have: CRM background or experience in the pharma industry
