Marketing Manager (B2B IT Recruitment Services)

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who will bring structure, creativity, and measurable growth to our marketing efforts. The role bridges brand, lead generation, and sales enablement, and includes developing and executing a quarterly marketing plan, managing content and campaigns, and coordinating webinars and events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role (B2B or service-based company preferred)
• Excellent English (B2+) - strong written, spoken, and presentation skills
• Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing, webinar campaigns (desired, but not obligatory), and content management
• Ability to set and track key performance metrics
• Project management skills - able to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders
• Storytelling ability - promote recruitment with passion
• Excel spreadsheets - fluent user
