Requirements
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, customer acquisition, or growth marketing
- Deep understanding of digital channels, acquisition funnels, and conversion strategies
- Strong command of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media
- Proven ability to use analytics, testing, and data insights to optimise performance and drive measurable business growth
- Fluent in Finnish and English (written and spoken)
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
