The successful candidate will be responsible for generating a strong pipeline, managing complex sales cycles, and streamlining the contracts phase. They will also be required to build partner and channel relationships, work with internal resources, and upsell new products to active customers.
Requirements
- Generate a strong pipeline to ensure extensive coverage and consistent quota achievement
- Create excellent internal relationships to close big deals
- Manage complex sales cycles, including pipeline generation and presenting to C-level executives
- Streamline the contracts phase, including proposal, terms, and negotiation experience
- Align with the Talkdesk sales Go-to-Market plan and develop accountability for region's targeted prospects
- Build partner, channel, and alliance relationships to sell more successfully
- Be a Talkdesk Evangelist and work in collaboration with internal resources to own and grow new business pipeline
- Work with active customers to upsell new products
