Requirements
- Supervises and coordinates activities of Representatives
- Conducts and/or participates in team meetings
- Assists in business development
- Monitors team members’ customer contacts
- Recommends corrective action
- Manages/oversees staffing levels
- Maintains employee files
- Reviews issue correspondence
- Confers with managerial personnel
- Handles escalations
- Develops and maintains product, customer service/sales, and systems training modules
- Develops and implements evaluation instruments for training modules
- Ensures system product guidelines are accurate
- Develops and maintains ongoing advanced customer service, sales modules and sessions
