Requirements

• Leadership experience in a call center environment
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field
• Minimum 5 years experience managing, directing and planning in a call center environment
• Working understanding of service and customer satisfaction metrics
• Experience with implementation of metrics as a tool for continuous improvement
• Thorough working knowledge of call center applications
• Customer support functions
• Planning, budgeting, and project management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Leadership and managerial skills
