Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully bringing in business from international markets, preferably in software development or IT services
- Strong background in staff augmentation services is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and ability to deliver measurable results
- Strong leadership and team management skills with prior experience leading cross-functional teams
