Job Description
The Technical Customer Success Manager will attend customer calls, collaborate with project managers, and ensure marketing materials meet quality standards. They will also monitor campaign performance, identify customer needs, and manage marketing databases.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Success Manager or in a similar role
- Experienced in Website Project Management, Newsletters, Email Campaigns, Warming up Domains etc.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including analytics platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools
- Basic understanding of running social media campaigns
- Team leading experience is preferable
