Job Description
As a Demand Generation Manager, you will create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and accelerate sales opportunities. This role is highly collaborative, working across marketing, sales, and operations to deliver targeted programs that engage our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and core personas in IT Operations and Security Operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or integrated marketing, preferably in enterprise software or cybersecurity
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and attribution models
- Experience with event marketing, email strategy, and paid media
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Excellent communication and project management skills
