Job Description
Tanium is seeking a Solution Engineer to work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive the technology evaluation and presentations for potential customers. The role involves customer interaction, technical demonstrations, and active participation in pre-sales and POV processes. This position focuses on identifying customer needs, translating them into technical solutions, and positioning Tanium's enterprise operations and security platform.
Requirements
- 4+ years of operational and/or selling experience in endpoint operations or security
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support positions
- Significant software pre-sales or related value-based technical selling expertise
- Experience presenting at multiple levels, from VP level to Solution Users
- Deep knowledge of IT security, operations, and compliance
- BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent
