Job Description
We're looking for a data-driven Growth Manager to own user acquisition and ad monetization across our portfolio of free-to-play mobile games.
Requirements
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid UA campaigns across major channels
- Manage and allocate UA budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and hit LTV/CPI targets
- Conduct creative testing (ad creatives, formats, messaging) in close collaboration with the creative team to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, making real-time bid and budget adjustments
- Build and maintain LTV models that incorporate both IAP and ad revenue to inform UA spend decisions
- Monitor and optimize in-game ad revenue performance across ad networks and mediation platforms
- Check ad quality and work with ad networks to reduce churn and increase revenue
- Run A/B tests on ad placements and configurations to maximize ARPU without negatively impacting retention or player experience
- Monitor fill rates, eCPM, ARPDAU, and other key ad revenue metrics
