We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager, California, to support our team at Tarkett Sports Indoor, a leader in sports and fitness flooring solutions. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting sales of Tarkett Sports Indoor products by building and maintaining relationships with partners and distributors.
Requirements
- Drive sales growth in the flooring, construction, or sports facility industries
- Build and maintain relationships with clients from initial contact through purchasing, installation, completion and follow-up with service after the sale
- Plan sales strategies to increase sales
- Ensure dealers and distribution partners achieve their full potential and have access to appropriate support
- Promote the products to the local architects, schools district and public and private institutions
- Use project tracking analysis tools & and CRM systems
- Represent Tarkett Sports Indoor at National and Regional Trade Shows
- Forecast sales and manage territory budget
- Conduct market research and analysis related to client needs
- Develop and present new sales techniques and strategies to the team to drive revenue growth
