Job Description
The PM&I Associate supports data collection, review, and reflection processes to improve the quality and impact of TaRL programs across the region. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to apply and grow monitoring and data analysis skills within a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, M&E, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
- 2-4 years relevant work experience
- Strong data analysis skills with proven experience working with data software
- Experience working in the development or education in Nigeria is preferred
- Familiarity with M&E frameworks and systems, RCTs, national learning assessment data, and econometric and program evaluation techniques are preferred
