Job Description
TaRL Africa seeks a Regional Manager, Program Measurement, and Insights to manage program measurement and insights activities for TaRL Africa. The role involves providing technical assistance to governments in the region, developing internal systems for data collection and use, and analyzing program data to inform decisions and program adaptations.
Requirements
- Manager/Supervisor experience
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field
- 5 years of relevant full-time work experience in measurement, learning and evaluation
- Experience working with software for data collection, warehousing, analysis & visualization platforms (e.g. Excel, SurveyCTO/ ODK/ KoboCollect, Tableau/Power BI, Stata, Microsoft Azure)
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Ability to think analytically and critically, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
