Content Moderation - Bilingual Arabic/English

We are looking for a Content Moderator to ensure high quality and safe experiences for people and businesses across social media apps. The role involves reviewing content, enforcing client policies, and participating in employee assistance programs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year prior operations experience in shared services or a customer experience environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Arabic (read and speak)
• Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy
• High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region
