Content Moderation - Bilingual Persian/English

We are looking for a Content Moderator to ensure high quality and safe experiences for people and businesses across social media platforms. The role involves reviewing content, applying a content policy, and executing handling procedures with consistency. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Persian, has strong interpersonal skills, and can work with graphic and disturbing content.

Requirements

• At least one year prior operations experience in shared services or a customer experience environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Persian
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Empathy
• High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region
