TaskUs is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the operations of its properties and provide a world-class environment for its teammates. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility management, hospitality, or customer experience, and be able to inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in Facility management and/or Hospitality/Customer Experience, Cruise ships, Resorts, Hospitals, and the like in a management/leadership capacity.
- Strong moral standards and professional ethics.
- Mentoring capability and being able to make sound decisions with little to no supervision.
- At least 7 years experience in property or facilities management.
- BPO/Corporate or Hospitality experience is a plus factor.
- Knowledgeable with PEZA, BOI, and general government licensing.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public through business presentations or townhalls.
- Capable of giving best judgment on escalations and emergency situations. Able to analyze situations quickly to make the best decision.
- High level of Emotional Intelligence and can keep up with changes and new directions. Quick on their feet and overall good decision maker.
- High level of perseverance and passion.
- Willing to work in a cyclical schedule.
