Facilities Technician

Requirements

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related
• 1+ year(s) previous experience in maintenance supervision or related field
• Positive attitude and a problem-solver
• Computer skills; may include scheduling with Google Suite or similar software
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, english language B2
• High adaptability to change
• Ability to physically climb ladders, stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 to 50 pounds
• Ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow
• Ability to work overnight/non-traditional hours, on an ‘as needed’ basis
• Be able to motivate and inspire a team of Housekeeping and Security staff, plus manage vendors because this position deals with them regularly
• 1 years of labor or customer service experience
• Previous handyman experience is preferred
• BPO or related experience preferred
