Requirements
- Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related
- 1+ year(s) previous experience in maintenance supervision or related field
- Positive attitude and a problem-solver
- Computer skills; may include scheduling with Google Suite or similar software
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, english language B2
- High adaptability to change
- Ability to physically climb ladders, stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 to 50 pounds
- Ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow
- Ability to work overnight/non-traditional hours, on an ‘as needed’ basis
- Be able to motivate and inspire a team of Housekeeping and Security staff, plus manage vendors because this position deals with them regularly
- 1 years of labor or customer service experience
- Previous handyman experience is preferred
- BPO or related experience preferred
