Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (C1) and very good English knowledge (B2)
- Previous experience in content moderation, social media management, or customer support preferred
- Strong understanding of online communities, social media platforms, and digital content trends
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound judgments under pressure
- Ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism and clarity
- Ability to remain objective and resilient when dealing with challenging or sensitive content
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
