Job Description
TaskUs is looking for a Team Lead to manage a team of Remote Assistance Specialists and oversee the day-to-day planning and operations of the team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant Team Leader experience in international BPO, with experience in managing 10+ teammates and customer support roles.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant Team Leader experience in international BPO
- Experience in managing 10+ teammates
- Customer support experience
- Ability to manage customer facing matrices (CSAT/ QA)
- Ability to work different/ rotational shifts
- Previous experience working on the phone, email and live chat customer support roles
