- BPO Operations background
- At least 2 years of experience in Workforce Planning
- Expertise in Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Scheduling, and Real Time Management
- High attention to detail and ability to optimize procedures and processes
- Proficient in statistical analysis and computer and software skills
- Ability to read trends and project into future forecasts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High achiever and self-starter
