Job Description
TaskUs is looking for a Workforce Planner to coordinate with operations, clients, and client services to gather data for forecasting and calculation of program requirements. The ideal candidate has knowledge in Workforce Planning, Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Scheduling, and Real Time Management, with proficiency in statistical analysis and Google Applications, and a working knowledge of WFM Tool IEX.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Workforce Planning, Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Scheduling, and Real Time Management
- Ability to manage multiple, complex, ongoing tasks and projects
- High attention to detail and desire to optimize procedures and processes
- Proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and Google Applications
- Working knowledge of WFM Tool IEX
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
