The Workforce Planner role involves ensuring staff optimization, preparing for voice and non-voice volume seat occupancy, and monitoring the accuracy of billing procedures. The ideal candidate has a BPO Operations background, at least 2 years of experience in Workforce Planning, and expertise in Forecasting, Capacity Planning, and Scheduling.
