Senior Lead - Syndication & Structured Finance - Sales - Mumbai - Lower Parel - MM

We are seeking a Senior Lead - Syndication & Structured Finance - Sales to maintain and acquire new relationships with various capital market investors, lead debt syndication transactions, and ensure correct structuring of proposals.

Requirements

• Strong relationship/network with other market participants like NBFCs, Private credit funds, FPIs, family office, wealth firms, mutual funds, insurance companies etc.
• Prior experience of atleast 14-16 years in syndication, structured finance, corporate finance, credit etc.
• Knowledge of regulations, legal documentation, negotiation skill
• Strong credit and analytical skill
• Strong attention to detail, networking, and stakeholder management.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
