Setting up Syndication Desk for Rupee Loan – Commercial deals, building relationships with banks and financial institutions, and driving revenue generation through deal syndication.
Requirements
- Identify potential banking and financial partners in the cleantech & infrastructure sector.
- Negotiate and establish partnerships to expand the deal pipeline.
- Maintain and nurture existing relationships to enhance deal syndication opportunities.
- Acquire new clients in the cleantech & infrastructure sector.
- Develop new markets and segments within the cleantech & infrastructure sector.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, product offerings, and market insights.
- Negotiate favorable fee structures with partners and clients.
- Monitor fee income targets and take proactive measures to achieve them.
- Develop and execute a deal acquisition strategy to meet quarterly targets.
- Assess the creditworthiness and risk profile of potential deals.
- Work closely with underwriting and credit teams to ensure a balanced and profitable loan book.
- Monitor the portfolio for any potential risks and take corrective actions as needed.
- Set annual profitability targets and develop plans to achieve them.
- Continuously monitor financial performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Generate and maintain accurate and timely MIS reports.
- Analyze data to provide insights into deal performance, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
