Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in construction, aluminium fabrication, facade, or manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems.
- Proven experience in production planning, supply chain management, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of aluminium works, fenestration systems, or façade installation processes.
- Fluent knowledge of ERP systems
