Taxbit is seeking a Head of Customer Success to manage and grow their portfolio of enterprise customers. This role involves driving customer outcomes like retention and revenue, implementing new features, and collaborating internally to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in account management and customer success, with expertise in financial services, crypto, and/or tax and accounting.
