Job Description
Taxbit is seeking a Head of Customer Success to manage and grow their customer accounts, ensuring high retention, satisfaction, and revenue. This role involves leading teams to deepen value realization, educating customers on best practices, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The Head of Customer Success will champion their customers and contribute to developing competitive intelligence and ensuring a seamless customer experience within the platform.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of people management experience in account management, implementation, customer success, solutions architecture, or sales engineering.
- Experience working with Enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Previous Technical Sales experience in a SaaS organization.
- Background and expertise in financial services, crypto and/or tax and accounting preferred.
