Job Description
Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance-FP&A to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision support for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to provide insights that contribute to the company's strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the CPG industry
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience in P&L management, along with general accounting concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, SAC)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
