Service Manager Trainee

TCI Transportation is offering a Service Manager Trainee Program for recent graduates with a degree in Diesel Mechanics Technology. The program provides hands-on training and experience to become a successful Service Manager.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Diesel Mechanics Technology, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
• A high level of business ethics and confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The flexibility and willingness to learn
